Students transferring to the University as sophomores (as classified by the Office of Admissions) must reside in University-operated residence halls for their first two (2) semesters in residence.
If you believe you should be exempt from this policy, you may apply for an exemption by contacting University Housing Services or visiting the On-Campus Housing Policy Web site. It is essential to carefully read through the On-Campus Housing Policy in order to best understand your options regarding living while at Illinois State University.
