Admission checklist for students transferring to Illinois State

We strongly encourage you to refer to the checklist often as it will provide you with important information that will assist you in making a smooth transition. Refer to the checklist for the semester that you wish to begin taking classes at Illinois State.

Please note: To be eligible to begin in the spring term, students must have 24 or more hours completed at the start of the spring term.

There are two checklists.Use the checklist that pertains to you:

• I plan to enroll at Illinois State beginning in the spring term
